This course empowers educational leaders to cultivate a thriving school culture that supports the holistic development of students and strengthens connections with families and community stakeholders. Through practical coursework, participants will explore student guidance strategies that nurture spiritual, academic, social, and personal growth which lay the foundation for a flourishing educational environment. Second semester, three hours.
