This course provides on overview of human resource management and legal compliance in the context of private Christian K-12 schools. Designed for school leaders, this course integrates biblical ethics, employment law, and educational best practices to equip administrators with the tools to manage employees effectively and in alignment with legal standards and biblical values. First semester, three hours.
