On-location immersion course focusing on historical and influential food locations with targeted lectures and analysis. The course will include site visits, active experiences, and discussions related to food and beverages and their relevance in the development of food and culture through the ages. Course activities may include attending food festivals, visiting historically significant food sites, and experiencing authentic cuisine in local venues. Three hours.
