Through its new school, BJU offers education programs designed for post-traditional students, who desire to complete a degree or participate in certificate programs that enhance employment skills. SCOPE students include those in high school looking to get a head start and students 25 or older looking to advance established careers. Online courses include degree completion programs, professional master’s degrees and a graduate certificate program. Credit and non-credit certificate and professional development programs are also available.
What is BJU?
Evangelist Bob Jones Sr. established Bob Jones University in Bay County, Florida in 1927. His vision was to build a school for Christians from around the world that would have a reputation for its academic excellence, refined standards of behavior, and opportunities to appreciate the performing and visual arts. The university’s Greenville campus opened its doors on October 1, 1947. For over 70 years BJU has been a hallmark of the Upstate Community.
